A letter to the younger me

I would like to share with you the transformation of our process in ways that I didn’t have the knowledge to before.

I know now that life itself can be lived and experienced as a potent portal of expression.

I know you feel so lost and sad.

You don’t know where to go, what to do, and most of all you  forgot who you were.

You forgot that you’ve always known who you are, and who you are meant to be.

You forgot to stop and smell the roses.

You forgot that you yourself are a rose.

You lost sight of your own reflection and got swirled around with all the misleading and enticing ideas of others.

You lost yourself.

But you will find yourself buried underneath all of the stories you’ve told yourself.

And you will love yourself so deeply that you will cry when you look in the mirror and think, “I am so proud of who I have become”.
